Our AI-generated images are for non-commercial use only and should not be used for any illegal or harmful activities. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of these images. By using our AI-generated images, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the GHOST AI Video Gallery website ("Site") and the AI-generated images, videos, and audio files ("Content") created by GHOST AI. By using the Site or accessing the Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Site or access the Content.
All Content generated by GHOST AI is owned by GHOST AI and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may use the Content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement.
You may not use the Content for any illegal, obscene, or defamatory purpose. You may not sell, transfer, or distribute the Content, or use it in any manner that suggests an association with any person, product, or service. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without the prior written consent of GHOST AI.
GHOST AI does not warrant or represent that the Content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. The Content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. GHOST AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Content, or from any errors or omissions in the Content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GHOST AI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or the Content, or from any breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
GHOST AI may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Content following any such modification shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such modification.
GHOST AI may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease using the Site and the Content.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GHOST AI with respect to the Site and the Content, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and GHOST AI.
